The Songs for the Kagura refer to the words to the Kagura Service. They comprise sections one, two, and three of the Mikagura-uta.
When conducted as a Monthly Service conducted at Tenrikyo Church Headquarters, section one is conducted 21 times, section two done once, and section three done in three sets of sevens for a total of 21 times.
The Songs for the Kagura also happen to serve as the basis of the seated service conducted at daily services at Church Headquarters, prayer services, and all services conducted at regional churches. In such cases, section three is repeated in three sets of threes for a total of nine times.
